Don’t Burn out your Bright

I had an episode last night. For the last week, I have been stressed and pushing myself. Then when I got home, I had little time to relax. For days this was happening. So, when my workday became even more stressful, my body went into exhaustion. Last night I was not physically exhausted, but mentally. And so other areas were intensified.
